Position Overview

 

We are seeking a  Digital Marketing Specialist with advanced expertise in  paid advertising (Meta, Google, programmatic) and  SEO , who has a strong track record of generating highly qualified leads and driving conversion-focused marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a performance marketer who understands how to navigate advertising restrictions within the medical aesthetics and healthcare space and can build, manage, and optimize paid and organic campaigns with precision and accountability.

 

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns for a portfolio of high-end clients, ensuring every campaign is ROI-driven, data-backed, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising 

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic platforms).
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals: lead generation, booking consultations, event promotions, brand awareness, and e-commerce sales.
  • Write ad copy and guide creative direction in partnership with our design team.
  • Navigate strict advertising policies within the medical aesthetics and healthcare space, ensuring compliant ad creative and targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creative, and audience segments to maximize performance.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and campaign structures to improve CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and other key KPIs.
  • Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and implement best practices accordingly.

SEO & Website Optimization 

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform SEO strategy.
  • Optimize client websites and landing pages for search engine visibility and lead conversion.
  • Manage on-page and technical SEO, including metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and performance audits.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content teams to implement SEO improvements.
  • Report on organic search performance and recommend ongoing optimizations.

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting 

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and CRM integrations.
  • Build detailed campaign reports and dashboards to showcase performance and insights.
  • Use analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and client ROI.
  • Present clear and actionable reports to both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget paid ad campaigns (Meta + Google Ads required; programmatic platforms a strong asset).
  • Proven track record of generating and converting high-quality leads in a service-based industry—medical aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness experience highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising regulations for restricted industries (e.g., cosmetic procedures, Botox, fillers, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO strategy, implementation, and tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM integrations.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Excel required.
  • Working knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy essential.
  • Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a relentless drive for performance and results.

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk).
  • Background in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and user experience best practices.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and privacy regulations related to healthcare marketing.
