The role offers a hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. A Project Manager manages a portfolio of clients, overseeing project scopes, timelines, resources, and communication. They should possess an in-depth understanding of agency processes, be proactive, strategic, organized, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves problem-solving, risk assessment, building internal and client relationships, and focusing on continual improvement, reliability, and accountability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Statement of Work: Develop and manage statements of work, monitor account activity, and manage scope changes. Hours Estimates & Management: Develop and manage hours estimates, track reports, and facilitate time allocation discussions. Client Setup: Facilitate client setup in Advantage, including job numbers, campaign codes, and media plans. File Management: Organize and maintain key documents across storage locations. Timelines & Task Management: Develop campaign timelines, communicate with teams and clients, and ensure deadlines are met. Budget Management: Develop media authorizations, monitor campaign spends, and manage billing processes. Meetings: Schedule, facilitate, and document internal and client meetings. Agency Processes & Roles: Ensure adherence to agency roles and processes. Account Communication: Facilitate internal communication and address client requests promptly. Qualifications Experience in project management or related roles within marketing or agency settings. 2-4 years of marketing or advertising experience, including internships. Strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with industry tools, Microsoft, and Google suite. Understanding of media fundamentals, including media math. Completion of Google Analytics Beginner coursework within six months of employment, with annual renewal. Education Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
