Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer , you will be part of the engineering department supporting various facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of building systems which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile Engineer Location: Columbus, GA Pay Range: What's the Job? Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure efficient operation. Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility systems and equipment. Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations. Complete hazard assessments and comply with all safety procedures. Utilize CMMS systems for work order management and update statuses in real time. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED equivalent. A minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering. Two years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, or other craft skills, preferred. Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment). Valid state driver’s license and ability to perform vehicle safety inspections. What's in it for me?
