Key Responsibilities of a Routing Dispatcher:

• Optimize Routes: Ensure prompt passenger pickups by managing and planning efficient routes for drivers.
• Coordinate Schedules: Oversee driver schedules and make real-time adjustments to maintain service efficiency.

Qualifications of a Routing Dispatcher:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
