For additional information, visit us at Mandatory Skills: Salesforce QA Automation Experience: 8+ Years Location: Sunnyvale, CA Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days/week Job Description Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities Experience with various testing methodologies and tools Ability to create and maintain test data Experience with data migration and integration testing Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce features, integrations, and customizations Experience in Selenium is required Perform regression testing to ensure stability after bug fixes. Identify and document defects, ensuring timely resolution Manage QA processes and ensure adherence to best practices Drive the development and implementation of QA strategies and plans Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality Communicate test results and findings effectively to stakeholders Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce QA engineers & testers Compensation & Benefits: Expected annual pay ranges from $60,000 to $120,000.
